I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran. From 1993 to 2001 I served as a Personnel/HR specialist, deployed during the Kosovo conflict, and earned the John Levito Award for leadership. The discipline stuck.

$84M in risk mitigation. I reset a failing Risk Adjustment program at Providence through a leadership overhaul, a vendor transition, and an enterprise-wide process assessment.
+17.2% membership growth. At SCAN Health Plan, I helped add 40,000 California members in a single year.
