Timshel Tarbet, MBA, began her career as a Personnel Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, where she supported 4,000 staff across compensation, labor relations, and HR systems. She carried this expertise into senior HR and executive roles across the healthcare industry.

Air Force Service – Served from 1993–2001 in South Carolina, Idaho, and Germany; supported joint operations with the Army and Navy; deployed during the Kosovo conflict. Awarded the prestigious John Levito Award for leadership.
