Military Service & Foundation in HR
Timshel began her career in the United States Air Force (1993–2001), serving as a Personnel/HR Specialist at bases in South Carolina, Idaho, and Stuttgart, Germany. She supported joint operations with the Army and Navy, deployed during the Kosovo conflict, and gained hands-on experience in compensation, labor relations, and workforce management.
She was honored with the John Levito Award, the highest award for leadership at Airman Leadership School—voted on by peers and instructors. As a disabled veteran, Timshel carries forward the discipline, resilience, and people-first focus from her military service into every engagement.
